A Healthy Snack That’s Two Good

I’m always on the hunt for healthy snack options that not only taste good, but make me feel good. I’ve always loved greek yogurt, but it can be packed with unwanted sugar and carbs 😝 Two Good Yogurt is a great option with only 2 grams of sugar per 5.3oz serving, which makes it 80% less sugar than the average greek yogurt options. Since it’s lower in sugar and carbs and packed with protein, it makes it a great option for breakfast, after a workout, or even as a late night snack.

On a recent Target trip, I saw they had a new flavor – Good Save Meyer Lemon Greek Yogurt. I love anything lemon-flavored, so I was excited to try. After seeing the mission behind it, I loved it even more! Two Good is joining the movement to reduce food waste at the farm level, one cup at a time. Did you know 30-40% of our food supply is wasted annually? I honestly had no idea it was that high, and I love that there are companies out there actively doing their part to make a change. The Good Save product was developed in partnership with Full Harvest, a produce-rescuing startup that works directly with farmers to use fruits that would have been otherwise wasted due to either over-production and lack of secondary markets for the farmer or cosmetic blemishes. Less waste, more goodness!

Top with granola, fruit or a drizzle of honey and you’ve got yourself a delicious snack you won’t feel bad about. Available now exclusively at Target (as if I need another reason to love that place)!
